Our vehicles sell quickly all across the UK. So we do not need a traditional forecourt since our vehicles are all new. Also most of our customers are business users so its rather like buying from Amazon.Gone are the days of a salesman sitting in flashy suit waiting for a customer to stroll onto the forecourt. Everything is electronic these days. Pencoed is a contact centre and no vehicles are on site.
Viewing is welcome on any vehicle but please give us at least a few days notice and an appointed time so we can bring the vehicle our from storage.
We rarely deal with used vehicles and tend to trade these to focus now hat we do well which ice new vehicles.
